Career
From sociocultural work to executive leadership: more than thirty-three years dedicated to ageing, social work and organisational transformation.
Leadership was never a promotion goal. It became the means to give teams sound conditions in which to fulfil their mission, and to put management rigour at the service of human values.

Founder, Director and senior consultant in organisation, management, gerontology and social and care project leadership.
Director General. Restructuring, governance, service development, partnerships, public and private funding, day-centre refurbishment and a new head office.
Director. Institutional, human and financial responsibility; ten years leading the new 63-room care-home project.
Social worker supporting residents and families in coordination with teams and the health and social-care network.
Sociocultural worker. The beginning of an approach based on life projects, participation and opening the institution to the city.
Education in service of practice
Diploma in social work, further education in social services, care-home director training and a university continuing-education certificate in gerontology.
Advanced transactional analysis training, Jungian approaches, Ericksonian hypnosis and a CAS in clinical sexology.
HES practice educator recognised since 2007, with adult-education experience in gerontology.
